Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, also known as OSPOLY, is a tertiary academic institution located in Iree, Osun State, Nigeria.
Originally established as a satellite campus of the Polytechnic, Ibadan, it became autonomous on 12 October 1992 following a law signed by then-Governor Alhaji Isiaka Adeleke. This law also established Osun State College of Technology in Esa-Oke.
OSPOLY also runs a Daily Part-Time Programme (DPT), which is located at its Koko campus.
