**Dr. Godwin Akpan Amaowoh** (born **November 29, 1959**) is a Nigerian clergyman, educator, researcher, and the **inventor of Tupocracy**. He currently serves as the **General Secretary and Trustee of the Assemblies of God** Church. Dr. Amaowoh is widely recognized for his contributions to leadership studies, religious scholarship, and advocacy for ethical governance and indigenous education.

Dr. Amaowoh was born in **Mbiabong Ikon No. 1**, Ikono Local Government Area, **Akwa Ibom State**.
