The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo is a Federal Government-owned University sited in Otukpo, a town and local government area in Benue State, located in the Middle Belt Region of Nigeria. The university was established on May 20, 2015 by the Federal Government of Nigeria under the leadership of the then president, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan. However, plans for the university were later suspended by presidentMuhammadu Buhari, and later reinstated on June 6, 2019.
