Elizabeth Ativie is a Nigerian politician who served as Deputy Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly starting 25 July 2016.
She was previously Speaker of the House from 9 May 2016 to 24 July 2016.

Career
Civil Service
- Worked as a professional nurse in the Edo State Civil Service until 2006, retiring as Director.
Political Career
- 1999 & 2003: Contested for a seat in the Edo State House of Assembly but stepped down both times for party candidates.
- 2007: Won a seat in the State House in the general elections, but the victory was nullified by a tribunal.
- 2011: Successfully elected to represent Uhunmwode Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly.
Speakership
- 3 May 2016: Following the impeachment of Victor Edoror, Elizabeth became the first woman to serve as Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly.
- 9 May 2016: Officially sworn in as Speaker.
- 25 July 2016: Stepped down to Deputy Speaker after a motion by the Majority Leader, Folly Ogedengbe, citing "matters of urgent public importance" for a change in leadership.
