Charles Enebeli (D'Prince)
Charles Enebeli (born 23 October 1986), known by his stage name D'Prince, is a Nigerian Grammy-nominated music executive, singer, songwriter, entrepreneur, promoter, and philanthropist. He is the founder and CEO of Jonzing World Entertainment, established in 2018 with subsidiaries: Jonzing World, Jonzing World Publishing, Jonzing World Production, and Jonzing World Management (established in 2019). D'Prince is known for pioneering West African pop culture and Afrobeats.
Under Jonzing World, D’Prince signed artists including Rema, Gdzilla, Bagetti, and Glorious. He is credited for the crossover success of Rema’s single Calm Down, which earned multiple platinum certifications across 11 countries, including the United States. He also served as executive producer on Rema’s Grammy-nominated album Heis, which brought him recognition from The Recording Academy.
Early Life
Charles Enebeli was born in Lagos on 23 October 1986. His father, Collins Enebeli, is from Delta State and was a music production manager and founder of Sagitarious Productions. His mother, Patience Enebeli, is an international business tycoon.
D'Prince is the younger brother of music mogul Don Jazzy, CEO of Mavin Records. Known by the nickname Omoba (Yoruba for "Child of a King"), D'Prince attended King’s College, Lagos, before pursuing a career in music.
Career
2005–2012: Mo' Hits Records & "Omoba"
In 2005, D’Prince joined Mo’ Hits Records, led by his brother Don Jazzy. He featured in the label's 2007 compilation album Curriculum Vitae, with songs such as: - "Booty Call" - "Close To You" - "Masquerade" - "Stop The Violence" - "Igbe Mi" - "Hey Girl" - "What You Want To Do To Me" - "Oh No" (lead single)
He released his breakout single Omoba in 2009, followed by its video in 2010.
2012–2019: Mavin Records, Frenzy, O.Y.O, Bestie, & Gucci Gang
After Mo' Hits dissolved, D’Prince moved to Mavin Records in 2012. On 5 November 2012, he released his debut album Frenzy, featuring artists such as: - Don Jazzy - Wande Coal - Wizkid - M.I Abaga - Timaya - Tiwa Savage - Ice Prince - Bracket - Sinzu - Eva Alordiah - General Pype
Producers included Don Jazzy, BabyFresh, Altims (Burssbrain), Spellz, and Joshbeatz.
He also contributed to Mavin’s 2012 compilation Solar Plexus, recording Take Banana and Amarachi.

2020–Present: Exit from Mavin & Foundation
On 9 May 2020, D’Prince confirmed his departure from Mavin Records after 16 years, following the release of Lavida. He announced it in a Twitter interview.
On 23 October 2024, he launched the Charles Enebeli Humanitarian Foundation in Asaba, Delta State, on his 38th birthday.
Jonzing World
Founded on 22 March 2019, Jonzing World is a label and management company affiliated with Mavin Records.

Personal Life
On 23 May 2025, D’Prince announced via X (formerly Twitter) that he had become a vegetarian for health and lifestyle reasons.
